When you use this site, place an order, upload artwork, or even just browse around, you’re agreeing to follow these terms. Think of it as agreeing to play by the house rules. If we ever update them (which we might), the newest version applies — so it’s smart to check back now and then.
Everything on this website — text, designs, graphics, software — belongs to HalePathPackaging™ unless stated otherwise. It’s protected. That means no copying, reposting, or reusing without permission. Simple as that.
Here’s where it gets important.
When you upload artwork, logos, images, or text for printing, you’re confirming something:
You have the right to use it.
If it belongs to someone else — a brand logo, a copyrighted image, a trademark — you must have proper permission. We can’t check every file on Earth, so we rely on you to make sure everything you send is legally yours to use.
By placing an order, you’re permitting us to print your designs on your behalf. And yes, you’re confirming that nothing in your artwork violates anyone else’s rights.
Anything you upload is your responsibility. We don’t control it, and we don’t guarantee it’s accurate or lawful.
We also reserve the right to remove content that’s illegal, offensive, or violates intellectual property rights. If required by law, we may disclose content to authorities. Not dramatic — just necessary.
Also, protect your account. If someone uses your password to place an order, that order is still your responsibility.
If we provide design files, they’re supplied at 72 DPI (low resolution). If you need higher resolution files, just ask — we’ll quote it.
For artwork you send us:
We’re not responsible for colour shifts from RGB to CMYK conversions. And if your image looks blurry because it was uploaded that way, unfortunately, that’s outside our control.
Before anything goes to print, we send you a final artwork proof and specification sheet.
This is your moment.
What you approve is what gets printed. We strongly recommend printing the proof at 100% size to double-check placement and text.
Once approved, production begins. Changes after that aren’t possible.
Colour-wise? We aim to match your approved proof closely — typically within 90%. But screens and printing presses behave differently. Lamination can also slightly change the colour appearance.
If you need guaranteed colour accuracy, request a hardcopy proof (additional charge applies).
Materials – Important Note
Our standard paper and card stocks are not food-grade.
If your packaging requires food-safe materials, tell us in writing before placing your order.
We’re not responsible for issues caused by:
Again, the proof stage is crucial.
If your artwork leads to legal claims (for example, copyright infringement), you agree to protect and defend us against those claims, including legal costs. In short, make sure you own what you print.
Orders move through stages:
You can cancel before stage 2, but fees apply.
Once printing starts, cancellation becomes difficult.
Once shipped, cancellation isn’t possible.
Charges increase depending on the stage because work, materials, and press time are already committed.
Design service orders are non-refundable once placed.
Because most products are custom-made, all sales are final.
If we make a production error, we’ll reprint the order. Refunds or credits are not issued.
You must report defects, damages, or missing items within 3 business days of delivery. Claims made after that window won’t be accepted.
To receive replacements, at least 99% of the product must be returned within 10 days (at your expense) and authorised in writing first.
Rush printing and shipping fees are non-refundable.
We offer different shipping speeds, including standard and expedited options.
Important things to know:
For international orders, customers are responsible for customs duties and clearance.
Printing industry standards allow for up to 5% overage or underage. We usually ship a few extra pieces free of charge.
If you need an exact quantity, order about 10% extra.
Inspect packages before signing. If something is damaged or missing, notify both the courier and us immediately.
Claims must be made within 3 business days. We are not responsible for third-party shipping errors.
Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers may result in additional charges.
The website and its content are provided “as is.”
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation.
We are not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, data loss, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or our services.
In simple terms, we aim to do great work, but we can’t be held liable for every possible downstream business impact.
We genuinely aim to provide strong quality at fair pricing. Production happens across multiple facilities, including overseas capabilities when required. Logistics are managed to deliver your order to your doorstep without hidden surprises.
These terms exist to protect both sides — not to complicate things, but to keep expectations clear.
If anything feels unclear, ask us.
We’d rather explain it upfront than fix confusion later.
