A box doesn’t have an easy life. It gets dropped, pushed around, and loaded under other cartons before it ever reaches your customer. Corrugated board is constructed for that. The wavy sheet between the two flat liners absorbs bumps, and the box remains standing when heavier cartons sit on top of it.
If you send out stock in bulk, keep it in storage, or ship heavy items, a shipping box is the right choice. We make ours to your exact dimensions as regular slotted containers, and we choose the wall construction to suit your product’s weight. Barcodes and handling marks can be printed on the outside.

We print on kraft or white board. It helps with storage too, because your team can recognize a product by its box.
If one of our standard sizes already fits your product, we’ll quote that. Either way, we check the dimensions against your product before the die line is final. Our board comes in kraft or white, and in single, double, or triple wall boxes. Single wall is enough for lighter boxes. If the contents are heavy, or the boxes will be stacked, go with double or triple wall. We choose the board according to your product’s weight, then pick a flute type that suits both that weight and the print quality you’re after.
Our printing options are flexo, digital, and offset, in one to five colors. Coatings come in matte or gloss, and if you’d like a bit more polish, we can add spot UV or foil. Printing on the inside is available too.
How to Select the Right Corrugated Box

Wholesale is the adequate route if you reorder the same product again and again, or control boxes at more than one site. On bulk jobs, we work out the board and the printing together so they fit as one plan.
We don’t have a fixed price list, because no two orders are quite the same. The cost of each box comes down to its size, the board, the wall construction, how much of it is printed, and how many you’re ordering.

We provide the lowest moqs start at 100, and our production time is 7 to 14 days, but sometimes it depends on the quantity and printing styles of your boxes.

They can, as long as the board fits the product and the trip. Light board is fine for light items, but a heavy or fragile product, or a pile of boxes on top, may be too much for it.
