Display boxes in the USA are manufactured using high-quality cardboard, Kraft paper, and rigid materials. Provided employing eco-friendly, biodegradable, and sustainable materials to meet the green standard
You’ll mainly see three kinds of bulk containers. Ours are corrugated: sturdy bins for storing or shipping bulky goods, delivered flat and opened up on site. Rigid plastic containers are built for repeat use, which suits a business that gets its bins back after every delivery. Collapsible containers fold down once they’re empty, so they save space when storage is tight. For heavier loads, our laminated bulk bins are the bulk storage solution to look at.
Start by looking at what goes inside. Weight and size tell you most of what you need to know about the bulk container size and board strength. After that, think about how the bin gets moved. A forklift needs fork openings, while a pallet jack and a hand cart need different bases. That’s why handling equipment shapes the design. Where the bin sits matters too. Board in a damp room or an outdoor yard takes more punishment than board in a dry warehouse. If a standard size doesn’t suit you, we can make cardboard boxes and large containers to your measurements. Before asking for a quote, collect these:

Plastic bins stand up to a lot of handling and clean up with a quick wipe. They make sense when the same containers go out and come back every time. The problem is return logistics. A rigid plastic bin takes the same space empty as full, so you pay for that space on the trip back. Corrugated display boxes arrive flat, and you can recycle them when they’ve done their job. They suit one-way shipments best. If a job needs more trips than a one way bin can handle, take a look at our reusable packaging. Counting the return trip matters when you’re choosing bulk shipping containers. Shipping empty bins home adds up. A rigid gift box has to make the trip back, but a corrugated one does not always.
The outside size of a bin isn’t the number that matters. Walls take up space, so what you can actually load, the usable capacity- is smaller. Compare that with your product first. After that, look at the load rating and the stacking limits. A forklift requires room to obtain under or into the bin, so check the forklift access against the truck you use. Lids and access doors are easier to plan in at the start than to add later. This counts with collapsible bulk containers with lids, since lid fit isn’t the same on every model. Every model has its own ratings, so confirm the bulk bin weight capacity for the one you’re buying. Our wall constructions page explains how board layers change strength. We can go through the choices with you.
An auto parts distributor asked us for bins that would work with their pallet jack. We sized the base opening to fit it. Now one person loads a bin alone.

A bulk box is a large, strong box or bin that holds a lot of product at once. It is constructed to be stored, raised, and shipped as a single load.
You'll find open-top units sold as bins by some manufacturers, and bigger closed ones sold as boxes. Others mix the words freely, so go by the product details.
The standard formats are corrugated bins, rigid plastic boxes, collapsible plastic units, and pallet pack boxes. We construct corrugated ones.
Whether a lid fits relies on the standard and size, so check before you order. We can check for you.
Some are, but you can not accept them. Approval relies on the exact product. Ask the supplier for food contact documentation, and provide it covers the way you use the box.
Manufacturers rate each standard separately, and the rating carries an exact load and careful lifting. A lopsided load, handling, or stacking brings the safe weight down.
Plastic is a good fit when bins go back and forth between the same two sites. Corrugated claims one off shipments and tight storage.
A fixed wall box remains the same size, so it carries just as much space as it did full. A collapsible one folds down, so it is easier to store and send back.
Calculate the products you require to pack and check their weight. Work out how multiple objects you want to fit in each box before selecting its size.
We construct custom corrugated bulk boxes for your product, with the size, board strength, and print selected to do it.
